It’s “Why can’t my body digest this without reacting?”

The goal of your digestive system is simple:
To eat food without bloating, constipation, breakouts, or fatigue.

If that’s not happening, something’s wrong with your gut — not the food.

Years of antibiotics, acne meds, stress, and restrictive diets damage your gut lining and strip away good bacteria.

When I run stool tests (called the GI-Map) for my clients, I almost always find the same pattern:

  • Too little good bacteria
  • Overgrowths of bad bacteria or yeast (like Candida)

When you have gut infections or poor digestion, everything downstream gets affected — especially your skin.

Probiotics can be helpful — but not at the beginning.

Adding probiotics on top of an infected or inflamed gut is like painting over mold.
